Terms of Use
Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SKT CONSULTING CORP. for the use of staceyusaexpert.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who provides this service
staceyusaexpert.com is operated by SKT CONSULTING CORP., a corporation registered in the State of New York, United States, trading as Stacey USA Expert.
You can reach us at staceyusaexpert@gmail.com, by phone at +1 (929) 552-5215, or by post at 420 Clawson Street, Staten Island, NY 10306, USA.
2. What this service does
- It describes the immigration services our team offers and how to get in touch with us.
- It lets you look up the status of a USCIS case using the official USCIS Case Status API, and shows you the result exactly as USCIS returns it.
- It publishes general information about U.S. immigration processes and timelines, the same for every reader.
3. What this service does not do
This is the most important section on the page. Please read it.
- We do not give legal advice. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing here is an opinion about your particular case.
- Using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us, and nothing you send us through it is protected by attorney-client privilege.
- We are not a law firm and we do not represent you before USCIS or any court.
- We are not USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by one.
- We do not promise any outcome, any processing time, or any change to how quickly your case moves.
- We do not decide whether you qualify for anything. Only a licensed attorney can assess your situation, and only the government can decide your case.
If you need advice about your own case, talk to an attorney licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction.
4. Case status information
Case status information comes from the official USCIS Case Status API. We pass on what USCIS returns without changing it.
USCIS controls that data, not us. It may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date, and USCIS may change it at any time. We cannot verify it and we are not responsible for its accuracy.
Always check anything important against the official USCIS website at egov.uscis.gov, or by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.
5. Your responsibilities
- Look up only receipt numbers that belong to you or that you have permission to check.
- Do not use scripts, bots, or any automated method to send requests to this site.
- Do not try to guess receipt numbers or run through them in sequence.
- Do not attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead anyone about who we are.
- Give us accurate information when you contact us.
We limit how many lookups a single visitor can make. If you break these rules we may block your access.
6. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this website belong to SKT CONSULTING CORP., except for the case status text, which belongs to USCIS and is a work of the United States government.
You may read, print, and share our pages for your own personal use. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Availability of the service
We provide the website as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or uninterrupted.
The case status feature depends on the USCIS API. If USCIS is down, changes its interface, or withdraws our access, that feature will stop working. We may also change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. That includes lost profits, lost opportunities, missed deadlines, and any decision you make based on information you found here.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with this website is limited to 100 U.S. dollars, or the amount you paid us for the use of the website in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Links to other websites
Our pages link to websites we do not run, including the official USCIS website. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It forms part of these terms.
11. Suspending access
We may suspend or block your access to the website if you break these terms, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is practical, we will tell you why.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will publish the new version here, update the date at the top of the page, and email everyone whose address we hold, asking them to agree to it.
If you keep using the website after a change takes effect, that means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site and ask us to delete your data.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
