Your admissions office gets a finished file, not a stream of questions
Goal and financial readiness
We start with what the student wants out of studying in the United States and whether tuition and living costs are covered for the full length of the program. If they are not, we say so at this stage.
Choosing a program
We match the goal, the level of English, the budget and the intake dates against schools and programs, and explain the differences between them plainly.
Checking the documents
We collect the documents your admissions office requires and check the set for completeness and consistency before it reaches you.
Coordinating the application
We file the application, answer your follow-up questions, and keep the student to your deadlines.
Before departure and after arrival
We walk the student through the official student visa process, stay in touch until departure, and remain reachable once the student has arrived.
How we are paid
Agent applications ask about this directly, so here it is plainly.
Tuition is paid by the student directly to your school.
We charge the student no placement fee.
We are paid by the school — the commission set out in your agent agreement.
Who we are
Stacey USA Expert is the trading name of SKT Consulting Corp., a corporation registered in the State of New York and based in Staten Island.
The team is a documents manager, a support manager who stays in touch with students, SMM and marketing specialists who promote the programs we work with, and IT specialists who look after our systems and this site.
Legal questions go to outside counsel. We are not a law firm and do not answer them ourselves.
Where we stand today
Last year about 15 students we advised enrolled in language programs through partner agencies that held the school agreements. Those placements are on the partners' record, not ours.
Direct agreements are the new part: the practice launches in 2026, and we expect 20 to 30 students in the first year of working directly. We do not yet hold school references in our own name.
What we do not decide
We tell every student this at the first consultation, and we state it here so a school can see exactly what we do and do not claim.
- Admission and the decision to issue Form I-20 belong to the school.
- The visa decision belongs to the U.S. consulate.
- We do not guarantee admission, a Form I-20, a visa, or any immigration outcome.
