Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last updated: August 18, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Stacey USA Expert collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Stacey USA Expert is a service operated by SKT CONSULTING CORP., a corporation registered in the State of New York, United States. Our website is staceyusaexpert.com.

SKT CONSULTING CORP. is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us by email at staceyusaexpert@gmail.com, by phone at +1 (929) 552-5215, or by post at 420 Clawson Street, Staten Island, NY 10306, USA.

We are a private company. We are not USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency, and we are not affiliated with one. We are also not a law firm.

2. The information we collect

We collect only what we need. Here is the full list.

  • Contact details you give us: your email address, and your name if you include it in a message.
  • Case details you give us: the USCIS receipt number, the form type, and the date your case was filed.
  • Case information we receive from USCIS: the current status of your case, the description USCIS publishes for that status, the form type, the received date, the last updated date, and the case event history.
  • Messages you send us by email or through Instagram.
  • Technical information our hosting provider records automatically: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you opened, and the date and time.

We do not ask for your Alien Number, your Social Security number, your passport details, or any immigration document. Please do not send them to us.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How we use your information

  • To look up your case status in the official USCIS Case Status API and show you the result.
  • To answer your question or send you the follow-up you asked for.
  • To contact you about the service you requested.
  • To keep the website working, secure, and free of abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you. Nothing on this site decides anything about your immigration case.

4. How case status lookups work

When you enter a receipt number, your browser sends it to our server. Our server then asks the official USCIS Case Status API for that case. Your browser never talks to USCIS directly, and our USCIS credentials never leave our server.

We show you what USCIS returns, word for word. We do not rewrite it, summarize it, or add our own opinion about your case.

We keep a short technical log of each lookup so we can find and fix problems. That log records the time, the result code, and a masked version of the receipt number, such as EAC…3403. It does not record the full number.

Please only look up receipt numbers that belong to you or that you have permission to check. We limit how many lookups one visitor can make, and we do not allow bulk or automated queries.

5. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the service. Here is who they are and what they receive.

  • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We send the receipt number you entered to the official USCIS Case Status API so it can return your case status. USCIS handles that request under its own rules.
  • Vercel Inc. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Their servers process every page request and record technical logs, including your IP address.
  • Make (Celonis SE). When you leave your email address on our case check page, that address and the case details you entered are sent to Make, which we use to route the request to our team.
  • Google LLC. We use Gmail for our team email, so any message you send us is stored there.

Each of these providers is bound by a contract that requires them to protect your information and to use it only for the service they provide to us.

We do not disclose your personal information to any other third party without your active consent, unless the law requires it or we need it to defend a legal claim.

Sharing your own case information affects only you. If you send us details about another person, please make sure you have their permission first.

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not exchange it for money or for any other thing of value. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Email address and the case details you sent us: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Technical lookup logs with masked receipt numbers: up to 90 days.
  • Hosting logs kept by Vercel: according to their retention schedule, normally no more than 30 days.
  • Email correspondence: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.

After these periods we delete the information or make it permanently anonymous.

8. How to delete your data

Send an email to staceyusaexpert@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data". Tell us the email address you used, so we can find your records.

We will confirm your request within 5 business days and delete your personal information within 30 days of that confirmation. We will write to you when it is done.

You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason. There is no charge.

If the law requires us to keep something, we will tell you what it is and why, and we will delete the rest.

9. How to close your account

The website does not have user accounts or passwords. If you have given us your email address, ask us to delete your data using the steps above, and we will remove your record completely. That is the equivalent of closing an account here.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

  • If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to staceyusaexpert@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

11. How we protect your information

The whole website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Our USCIS API credentials are kept in server-side environment variables. They are never sent to your browser and are never stored in our source code.

Only the people who need access to answer your request have it.

12. If there is a data breach

If your personal information is exposed in a security breach, we will tell you. We will email everyone affected without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after we confirm the breach.

The notice will say what happened, what information was involved, what we are doing about it, and what you can do to protect yourself. We will also notify the authorities where the law requires it.

13. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on our public pages. We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language choice.

14. If our ownership changes

If our business is sold, merged, or transferred to another company, your personal information may transfer with it. The new owner would be bound by this policy until you agree to a different one.

We will email you before any such transfer takes effect, so you can ask us to delete your data first.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use your personal information, we will email everyone whose address we hold, explain what is changing, and ask you to agree to it.

We will not apply the change to your information until you give that consent. If you prefer not to agree, tell us and we will delete your data instead.

Small edits, such as fixing a typo or a broken link, are made without notice. The date at the top of this page always shows when the text last changed.

16. How to contact us

For anything about your data, write to staceyusaexpert@gmail.com. Put "Delete my data" in the subject line if that is what you need.

Postal address: SKT CONSULTING CORP., 420 Clawson Street, Staten Island, NY 10306, USA. Phone: +1 (929) 552-5215.

We answer every message. If you have not heard back within 5 business days, write again — the first email may have been filtered.
